Coming from the cold of England there’s something magical about having an orange tree in your garden. Before having one we had no idea how productive they can be.
We often have freshly squeezed juice for breakfast but there are always enough oranges to go into marmalade production. One day’s shredding, juicing, boiling and stirring produces enough marmalade to last us and friends for the rest of the year.
